Forex and gold data come from Twelve Data. BTC/USD comes from Binance (BTCUSDT) and needs no key. The key stays in this browser only.

Min opening range size skips days where the 9:30 opening range is too tight relative to that day's ATR - a tight range on a quiet open tends to produce a less reliable manipulation signal. Try 0.3-0.5 to filter out the weakest setups.

Twelve Data's free plan has US ETFs but no index prices, so each index is scanned on the ETF that tracks it. To see signals in your MT5 prices: during US market hours (7pm–1:30am India), type the price your MT5 shows for each index right now and press Save settings - the app works out the conversion from the ETF's live price. Redo it once a week, the ratio drifts slowly.

Lot size is calculated per signal from the actual entry/stop distance, so it risks exactly this % of your balance regardless of how wide that day's stop is. Rounded down to the nearest 0.01 lot, so actual risk is always at or under the target. USDJPY assumes a 100,000-unit standard lot with JPY converted at the live rate; XAUUSD assumes 100oz/lot; BTCUSD assumes 1 lot = 1 BTC - adjust your own broker's contract sizes if they differ.

BTC/USD (Binance) has no meaningful rate limit and can scan every few seconds. Forex and gold go through Twelve Data's free plan, which is rate-limited - the app automatically floors the interval so it never scans faster than that plan allows (roughly 9s per active forex/gold pair); setting a lower number here won't make those pairs update any faster, it'll just queue. For true 5-second scanning across all pairs, Twelve Data's paid plans raise that limit. This page is still a browser tab, not a background service - it only keeps scanning while it stays open, your device stays awake, and your internet connection holds; for scanning that survives a closed laptop or a sleeping phone, that needs a small always-on script or server instead of a page like this one.

Create a bot with @BotFather on Telegram to get a token, then message your bot once and use @userinfobot (or the getUpdates API) to find your chat ID. Both values are saved only in this browser's local storage and are sent directly from this page to Telegram's API - anyone who can open this file can read them, so keep it private and don't share it with the token filled in.

The backup file has your journal, paper-trading history, settings and all downloaded candle data. Browsers can occasionally clear a site's storage (e.g. after months of not opening it, or a browser reinstall) - keep a recent backup saved somewhere safe (your computer, Drive) so nothing is lost. Restoring replaces what's currently saved in this browser.
